The Tuscan kitchen at Tenute di Badia was once the ancient and religious site belonging to the Monks of St. Peter in Pozzeveri Abbey. Today it is an agriturismo where you can discover the still alive customs of the Lucchese tradition. Chef Matteo Romani serves local dishes combining the wines with a selection of different courses.
